Payment
Teams are officially accepted upon receipt of payment. Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

Include your team name, coach name, and coach phone number in the payment note. Teams will only be added to the tournament bracket once payment is confirmed by tournament staff.
How to Register
Download & Complete the Roster Form
Print the official TFL Tournament Roster Form below. Fill in all required team, coach, admin, and player information. A maximum of 10 players per roster.
Submit Payment
Pay the entry fee to secure your team's spot. Payment details will be provided upon contact. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
Submit Your Roster
Email your completed roster form to info@fccapistrano.org. Each player must have a recognized player ID card to be eligible.
Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email once your registration and roster are verified. Welcome to the tournament!
Tournament Check-In
Check in at least 30 minutes before your first match. Late check-in may result in forfeiture of your opening game.
- Bring your completed roster — Your official TFL Tournament Roster Form must be submitted at check-in. Rosters are locked at this point — no players may be added after check-in.
- Player ID cards required — Every player on the roster must present a valid league player ID card. Cards must include a photo, player name, and date of birth. Any recognized league ID card with a picture will be accepted.
- Players must be present — All rostered players must be physically present at check-in for ID verification. Players who are not present at check-in will not be cleared to play.
- Roster is final at check-in — Once check-in is complete, the roster is locked. No additions, substitutions, or changes will be permitted after this point.
Eligibility
- Open to youth players ages U7 through U19.
- Co-ed teams are welcome — male and female players may compete together.
- Players from different clubs may play on the same team with a recognized player ID card.
- All players must comply with age group requirements and eligibility guidelines.
Select Your Flight & Division
The more competitive division. Recommended for experienced teams looking for a higher level of play.
Open to all skill levels. Great for developing teams and players newer to tournament competition.
Boys-only roster.
Girls-only roster.
Mixed roster — placed in the Boys Division. We'll do our best to match you against other co-ed teams.
